Need somewhere super clean and lovely to live with beautiful views - only a 5 minute drive to SCU Lismore? Well, this new home has the most beautiful rural views yet has all the conveniences of living in town. The Lismore Square is a 4 minute drive down the road.
Enjoy the entire downstairs to yourself with two rooms to enjoy (bedroom plus a study? - up to you) plus your own private toilet and large deck with morning sun and stunning 180 degree mountain views. It is the most glorious way to wake up seeing the sunrise over the hills.
There is also a new modern bathroom downstairs with rain shower and hand-shower plus a large bath for your use. I would shower in this bathroom briefly once a week (as the shower pressure is better than the upstairs bathroom - I can’t was my hair in a rain shower 😜).
Your two rooms downstairs (see photo of one of the rooms) will be cleared out, including everything from the downstairs deck so that you can make it all your own space. 😊 There is a built in wardrobe in each room and I can leave the open pine shelving for you to use if you would like.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms that my 12 year old son and I use. I am an introvert who works full-time weekdays and enjoys simple pleasures such as gardening, yoga, getting out in nature and cooking fresh food.
Upstairs there is a light-filled kitchen with a dishwasher (hooray! ), 2x fridges, gas stove, fan-forced oven/grill and lots of bench space to prepare meals. The kitchen is open plan with the lounge/dining area which has a large wood-heater, big couch to lounge on and small table and chairs. This area leads out to another large deck with a large outdoor table & chairs and the most beautiful views.
Upstairs there is a laundry, with a washing machine and clothes drier all-in-one, which you a free to use. There is another bathroom with a toilet upstairs that my son and I share.
The front door is upstairs that leads to the front garden and carport however there are private entrances downstairs which you can use too.
There is NBN internet connected to the home with an unlimited Wifi plan which would be a separate bill.
There is a carport for parking off the street too.
