We have 1 *unfurnished* room available in our lovely little townhouse. You will be sharing with two girls, a part time nurse and myself, i work part time and study full time. We keep to ourselves but do enjoy a chat and catch up every so often.

Our home is full of convenience, we are a short walk to the shops, local cafes and restaurants. We are a 5 minute drive away from Coolangatta beach and the SCU campus.

Bathroom is shared with myself, and on street parking is available, we are also close by to public transport.

Looking for a friendly female to complete our home that loves the space as much as us, non smoker/vaper, pets are negotiable.
