Shared studio/granny flat, Morgan’s Road

The property is our home located on 10 acres in Sandy Beach. It has amazing views down the coastline and out to the hinterland. It is very peaceful and private. The studio is connected to the main house but is completely self contained with its own entry and deck area. There is plenty of storage. It has a bathroom and kitchenette with fridge, microwave, induction cooker, kettle, toaster etc. You will need a car as we are about a 7 minute drive to Sandy Beach, 10 minutes to Woolgoolga and 25 minutes to Coffs Harbour.
