The property is only 10 mins drive from Coffs CBD and 15 mins drive from Uni. The cabin is on an elevated Organic tropical food farm with plenty of fruit trees etc. It is quiet, which is great for studying! An SUV/4WD vehicle is better suited to transverse the 1km dirt track.

The property offers many tranquil areas for private study and has good internet NBN wireless reception. There is also fresh mountain spring water available!

The two bedrooms include queen bed, desk and built in wardrobes. There is no washing machine in the house. With full use of all house facilities.

It is very different from city/suburban living as the amenities are country style and conservative basic. Yet the trade off is worth it as it is very close to all the city's beautiful beaches and sites. Bathing is bath only.

The rent is for the $200 Per week per person. The cottage is recommended for no more than 2 people occupancy. This includes electricity, internet and water. The cottage is fully equipped including linen.

The cottage lends itself to nature appreciation as a Zen, Edo Study Retreat. For 2 people that equates to $200 per person per week. Ideal for as a friends study home.
The caretaker has separate quarters and will be available to ensure all is kept well.
