2-bedroom shared unit/townhouse, Coolangatta Road

The room is bright and comfortable. There is a large open living area and good sized kitchen. Its on the third floor in a small complex of Units which is very secure. SCU is only 400 metres away so you can easily walk to Uni and everywhere else in Coolangatta, the beach is only 250 metres away. I work full time, enjoy surfing and cooking. I like to keep the Unit clean & tidy, sometimes things get very busy and we get a little messy which is ok, we can clean another day! $320 per week includes all of the bills; electricity, internet, & water so you don’t have to worry about extra charges.
