I am looking for a non-smoking flatmate to respect and share my home. I am a school teacher and my daughter lives downstairs in a separate granny flat. I work week days but my small dog will keep you company. Must love animals.

This safe share home situation includes rent, all utility bills (power, internet, water, Netflix). You buy and cook your own food, although I am open to sharing cooking on occasion.

My home is quiet, clean and has a dishwasher. It also has a huge back garden with every cooking herb and plant possible.

Your room has a double bed with bedding, sheets and towels, a desk and chair, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, smart wall mounted television and built in wardrobe.
