Only 10 minutes drive to SCU, beach and shops. Suitable for someone looking for a quiet, safe, comfortable and friendly homestyle environment. Household consists of husband and wife in our sixties and still working as well as one other young female student boarder and 2 very cute and friendly dogs so you would need to be a bit of a dog lover.
