We have been accommodating students for 15 years now in a safe friendly home share arrangement. Our house is spacious, modern and clean with a number of areas indoor and out to relax or socialise. We have a large rear yard fully landscaped in a rain forest type setting, large deck and firepit area with a pizza oven. We provide everything except meals and personal items. Only 10 minutes drive to SCU, beach and shops. Suitable for someone looking for a quiet, safe, comfortable and friendly homestyle environment. Household consists of husband and wife in our sixties and still working as well as one other young female student boarder and 2 very cute and friendly dogs so you would need to be a bit of a dog lover.
