This is a very clean and comfortable family home in a good safe area. There is one fully furnished medium sized bedroom available that has a double bed, desk, chair, ceiling fan and built in wardrobe. The room is available for work placements short stays and also for long stay students. There is also an undercover outdoor area with lounge, table and chairs that is a good space to sit in the fresh air and sunshine. There is a bus stop across the road, it is within walking distance to local shops and 5 minutes drive to Tweed City (large shopping centre). Less than 10 minutes drive to SCU. There are many beautiful beaches that are less than 10 minutes drive. 1 hour to Brisbane and 35 minutes to Byron Bay. You will need your own linen - pillows, sheets and towels. All kitchen utensils are available for your use. There is off street parking for your vehicle. Rent is all inclusive of electricity, water and internet.
