4 bedroom furnished home, large front deck (with great breezes! ) renovated bathroom and laundry, aircon, permaculture gardens, No pets... There are already 4 resident chooks and one lovely cat, open and light living areas and garden, 15min walk to nearby shops, even quicker by bike, 30min drive to Coffs Harbour... Looking for eco-conscious, friendly, respectful, quiet-living peeps.. Preferably into gardening and experienced in house-sharing... Planet conscious consumers preferred : ) Non smoking/no drugs.

Rent includes wifi and water.
Electricity Bill gets split evenly between tenants each month.

I'm Bryony, a 25yr old Occupational Therapy student at SCU Coffs Harbour. You'll be sharing with me and hopefully one or two others at this amazing home in Bellingen, just a 15min walk or 3min cycle to the main street/IGA and cafés.
I'm about to start my second year of uni and work casually as a gardener alongside it which take up most of my time. Outside of uni and work, I am into cycling, hiking, ocean dips, art-house movies (when I can afford them) and picnics.
As a friendly and interested person, I enjoy my time connecting with others, however definitely enjoy my downtime too, just reading a book with some tea and the cat is so good at home!
I am a considerate and fairly clean person, looking for housemates who will find this space to be their home too, and so respect and enjoy it as one.
