The property offers many tranquil areas for private study and has good internet reception and speed. There is also fresh mountain spring water available!
The property is only 10 mins from Coffs CBD and 15 mins from Uni. The cottage is on an elevated Sustainable tropical food farm with plenty of bananas etc. It is quiet, which is great for studying! A 4wd vehicle is better suited to transverse the 1km unsealed rd.
The rooms include a dble or queen bed, desk and built in cupboard. There is a washing machine for small loads. With full use of all house facilities.
It is very different from city/suburban living and the amenities are not great, yet the trade off is worth it! And yet still very close to all the city's beautiful sites!
The board / rent is $160 per per week. The rent is for one person only.
