Unit is the top floor of a two storey duplex in Tweed Heads. Has separate entry stairs at the front and back. Three minutes walk to shopping centre and 10 minutes walk to Coolangatta Beach. Approx 3 Km to University. Fully furnished and fully equipped for someone arriving with just their travel bags. Two single beds in each room so for the room is $220 per week if one person, or $120 per person if sharing the room. Can offer accommodation to females only as other occupant has young daughter. Require quiet tenants as we live underneath on the ground floor. Rental includes free use of washing machine. No bond is payable but rental of two weeks in advance must be maintained. Please note that as of 18 January 2020 only one bed in one of the rooms is available. Other rooms/beds are occupied. The rent payable for this is $115 per week plus $5 per week for unlimited internet.
