My home is a spacious and airy residence in a quiet area. It is decorated in cool colours with a beach/country theme. A lot of people comment on how calm and relaxing it is when they enter it. The student's bedrooms are facing a sunny garden outlook into the backyard. My backyard is fully enclosed with a beautiful private garden. You will often wake up to the lovely sound of birds singing in the trees. There are plenty of lovely places to sit and relax, read, or study. I have converted two of the bedrooms to a Beauty Salon, which has a completely separate business entry and does not interfere with the private home. My home also has a lounge room, dining room, kitchen bathroom (which you would share with me) and a lovely sun/sitting room that also looks out on to the lovely garden. It is only 3 minutes walk to Toormina High school, 10 minute walk to the shopping Centre - which has banks, supermarkets, chemist, Post Office, Doctor's, clothes shops, food outlets etc. And its as 10 minute bus trip from the shopping centre to Coffs Harbour Education Campus on Hogbin Drive. Also, beautiful Boambee Beach is only 5 minute drive away. There is also a Cinema and other shops etc approximately 10 minutes drive away, in sunny seaside village of Sawtell.
