I am a postgraduate student Master of Business Laws and an artist. I have an art studio in the house that you're welcome to use.

The $250 per week (includes food) own room and private lounge own bathroom downstairs you can bring your pet too
I live upstairs
includes breakfast & lunch (help yourself make your own), dinner each evening provided, electricity and internet.

I have a dog, he is an adorable and an affectionate male, named Vuk. Even if you're not a dog person, you will fall in love with him! He is very sweet but also a good protector of the house and he loves pets too.

There is a bus stop around the corner, and you can walk to uni or the beach.
Or borrow a bicycle anytime
