3-bedroom shared unit/townhouse, Miles St

I have a room available now, which is $220/week for a single, or $320/week for 2 people. There is 1 SCU student currently.

I pay all bills, including unlimited Wi-Fi. If 2 people want to share the room, I can arrange the room to have 1 double bed or 2 single beds.

This is not a party house. Although students here are friendly, they are serious about their studies, and are respectful of each other. No smoking or drugs. Responsible drinking is allowed.

Its a townhouse with only 1 set of neighbours. Its quiet and has no lawns to mow, just a wrap around courtyard that's paved. The only thing you have to do is clean up after yourself.

I will also help you with organizing things, getting work, a vehicle etc. I will also wash your clothes when I'm home. I can also provide you with reference's of other student's that have stayed here.
