Quiet semi-rural property set on 3/4 acre with beautiful bird filled gardens and salt water pool. 10 minute walk to local bus stop, but own car preferable. Clunes is a 15 minute drive to Lismore. You would be sharing the house with one working female (me, I'm a 53yo nurse) and my dog (he doesn't work, but he should). Theres a choice of 2 rooms, both fully furnished. Shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge. I am quiet and respectful of privacy and prefer someone the same. Smokers need not apply.
