4-bedroom shared house, Sugar Glider Drive

We live in a lowset 4 bed, 2 bath brick home. There are 2 living areas and a nice sized kitchen, so there's lots of space. You will find yourself on a very quiet street with national reserve across the road. This house is in a convenient location, close to the shops, parks and transport and also a short drive to the beach. There is often wildlife passing through the yard, so the occupant will see a range of birds and the odd hare and rabbit! On a quiet night you can hear the sound of the ocean.
Our home is within 1km to the nearest bus stop. Independence with a car is preferable. We do have a spare bicycle that you are welcome to use (please provide your own helmet). It is a 10 min bike ride to Bupa Aged Care in Pottsville.
You will be living with a family of 5, so there will be no shortage of festivities! You are welcome to be as involved as you like, or withdraw into your room if you need some quiet space. Because there are young children, we respectfully ask that you don’t smoke or party until all hours.

Included in your weekly cost is water, electricity, internet and dinner on weeknights. Please talk to us if you have dietary requirements and we'll do our best to cater for you!
