We are an arts collective in a large warehouse with a gallery, we are especially looking for artists and musicians, writers,dancers etc, but will accept any student whom is happy to live collectively. Drug free environment. Currently we have 3 spaces available the bedrooms are private & lockable, the studios are in the warehouse next door. This is only available as a room studio Combo & $150 for both, includes bills, amenities & internet. Suit artist, musician or student, or anyone creative and active. Cigarettes ok outside but no other smoking, please. Computor gamers need not apply. A great vegie garden must love dogs.
