Room has TV, small sink, bar fridge, microwave an electric BBQ style cooker, own table and chairs on balcony, single brand new bed, double lounge suite, private balcony,bedside drawers, kettle, toaster, cups plates etc. It is set up for temporary guest.
We live upstairs and have a section of our house unused downstairs.
Own separate bathroom and toilet (down the hall from the room).
Use of washing machine.
Secure gated house and can lock room so only you can enter.

Close to beach.
Close to SCU and airport.
Close to shops restaurants and public transport.

I am a full time working female with 2 children 6 & 8 years. We have a 2 story duplex in quiet street. Very close to airport, university (10 minute bike ride only) walk to shops and beach.
I am preferably looking for female and will consider long term for the right person. I would like to maintain our privacy, the room is very separate from our living. My sons room is just down from room, no loud noise or guests bought in to our home that I haven't met.
We have had a student for 12 months and hardly cross paths with our busy lifestyles. Quiet person a must. Wifi and all bills included.
