Two story semi-duplex, the downstairs area of the house is for rent. Includes a clean and tidy kitchen and bathroom, bed, couch, TV, table, chairs, and access to a fridge. Our family lives upstairs, mother and daughter, we are out most of the time working or at university (Southport). We are looking for females. Southern Cross University is a 15 minute drive, public transport bus 602 can pick you up from across the road. Three small shopping villages 5 minutes drive, or 20 minute walk.
