Rooms rent from $170 - $200 per week (depending on size) – rent includes water, electricity, Wi-Fi, linen and towels. NewTatts has 20 fully serviced rooms available. We have an onsite caretaker, equipped kitchen, laundry, shared bathrooms (2 male, 2 female). Each room has a bed, beside table, chest of drawers, wardrobe, fridge, TV and vanity sink. Situated in the heart of the CBA and within walking distance to shops, hospital, TAFE, ACE North Coast and all sporting facilities this is the ideal short term accommodation. Long term rentals also available upon application. The caretaker has their own facilities and is there to ensure that the garbage is taken out, the cleaning is done and the rooms are serviced weekly.
