5-bedroom shared house, Kooyan Close

We are a family of 3: mother (Australian), father (native Spanish speaker) and an 11 year old boy. Our older children have moved out and we would especially like to share our large home with international students who appreciate the natural environment. Our house is in the Currumbin Ecovillage https://theecovillage.com.au, a beautiful setting with a lot of Australian native flora and fauna. We have numerous fruit trees, 3 laying chickens and some vegetables growing. The complex has a gym and a swimming pool for all residents to use. We are offering 2 bedrooms for rent at $160 each. The 2 rooms share a large bathroom and an adjoining deck. Couples are welcome, but the cost will be $190 for 2 persons sharing one room. You are welcome to come and have a look around : ).
