2-bedroom shared cabin, Lindendale road

I am a 20 y/o student studying a bachelor of environmental science at SCU looking for a house mate/s to live with in a cottage tucked away in a beautiful pocket of the region. The cottage is set on 5 acres of land 14 kilometres out of Lismore (towards Ballina) and 4 kilometres from Wollongbar. The entire building has just been refresh by the owners who live on the same 5 acres. The home has an open plan layout, wood combustion fire, established garden beds and fruit trees, and beautiful native forest plantation/gardens surrounding it. A couple or male is preferred but not conditional.

Though the bedrooms are small-medium size, the rest of the living area is large and open, and there is a smaller room that can be dedicated as extra storage or as a study/office. Some items will furnish the place and all of the appliances (including fridge/freezer and microwave) for the kitchen will be provided. A single bed can be provided.

This is the perfect place for anyone who likes natural surroundings, gardening and peace and quite; while still being close to the action. As for me I am a relaxed, somewhat organised and very honest guy who is fond of surfing and spending time in the bush. I came from Gulgong/Mudgee in the mid-west of NSW, which is where I grew up on a family farm, and have been living in lismore since Feburary 2018.
