This is quiet house centrally located close to Digger's Beach, Park Beach Plaza and other amenities. One room has a sliding door opening onto a balcony and is $295 per week while the other room is the same size and is next to the bathroom and toilet and is available for $285 per week. Only the occupants of these two rooms use the bathroom which has a spa bath as well as a shower. Tenants are expected to clean their own rooms and bathrooms and share in a cleaning roster of the common areas. This is a large modern house where the retired owner lives downstairs in a fully self contained apartment with a separate entrance. A very quiet house in which to study.
