5-bedroom shared house, Driver Court

Full-furnished house overlooking the canal. Relaxing and open space environment. Very easy going household. We all keep tidy and pitch in with chores around the house and respect each others privacy. Two harmless rescue family jack russels also reside here. The property location is perfect for those who like the city and the beach. 5 Minute walk to the beach and even shorter to reach transport (bus), pacific fair is a 5 minute drive around the corner and the SCU coolangatta campus is 30 minutes by car.
Living here are two girls, 19 years of age and two adults over 50, (whom are looking to move out in near future). Both adults work full-time, two 19 year old's work as-well as Uni at SCU. We like to go to the beach and adventure on our days off.
Bathroom is shared between two 19 year old girls, matured adults have their own seperate bathroom. The bedroom is average size, carpeted and own aircon and built in wardrobe.
No bond and lease runs out in October.
