4-bedroom shared house, Tweed St

Hi there, we have a room just come available in our share house and are looking for someone to fill it!

There are 2-3 students and all are studying and working, living in a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom, 3 level house, 3 minutes walk to Coolangatta main street and beautiful beaches.
The house is huge, with 3 levels and the bedrooms are spread out so that everyone gets their own space.
There is a communal kitchen, lounge area. A great deck that overlooks Coolangatta complete with BBQ and a large hangout room downstairs.
We have super fast WIFI internet, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, and if you have a car, off street parking is available.
We are all pretty easy going, mostly studying and working, so pretty easy to get along with!

All we ask is that you are studying and working, easy going, a non-smoker, clean and tidy. We have a cleaner who cleans the common areas come once a fortnight.

The bedroom itself is quite large with a super comfy queen sized bed, lots of wardrobe space, plus a desk with chair (not shown in pics). You will need to bring your own bedding and a fan if required but that's about it. Bedroom is air-conditioned but is pretty cool in summer so it won't need to be used often.
SCU is about a 15 minute bike ride away, 15-20 minute bus ride, or a 3 minute drive by car.

The house is situated a leisurely 5 minute walk to Coolangatta main street which has shops, restaurants, cafes, fast food, gyms, supermarkets (Aldi & Woolworths), plus lots more. We are also super close to two of the best beaches in Queensland, with great swimming and/or sun baking! Plus, if you love surfing, the surf here is awesome, with many breaks to chose from, including the world famous, Kirra, Snapper and D'Bah!

Please Note:

1. If you're wishing to stay less then 6 months it will incur an extra $20/week in rent.
2. Couples incur an extra $100/week for the second person.
