2-bedroom shared unit/townhouse, Winston Street

Hi my names Tommy,
I'm a mobile Computer Technician, by profession, also starting a new venture in Aerial Drone Photographer/Videography.

I enjoy, Hiking, Fishing & taking off on day adventures... So I'm pretty busy & most of the time, I keep to myself at times, but don't mind socializing, sharing a few drinks while watching funny stuff on Youtube.

I'm looking for a easy going friendly, working or studying Female to take my spare Room. (I had a Female Student stay with me for 5 Months, she was great & we became Friend's, but she moved to another part of Australia, so I was sad to see her go).

The Room is tidy, clean & generous in size, it has a new King size single Bed, ceiling fan, wardrobe, draws, large table & chair, side table, so there is plenty of room to settle in.

I'm very flexible & am willing to make your stay as comfortable for you as possible.

Rent I'm asking is $180p/week. 2 Weeks upfront + 1 weeks Rent when moving in (as bond). I can provide Rental receipts.

NBN Internet & Electricity is included with rent.

I see myself as a house tidy person, so would be good to find someone that is also.

The unit is situated at a prime spot, 100m from Kirra Beach, shops, bars, restaurants, public transport, airport, schools and the University.
