Hi you would be sharing with a mature aged lady who works part time , the apartment is newly renovated in a quiet street
There is a large decked backyard at the rear , the room has a double bed and fitted wardrobe. It is a 2 minute walk to the bus stop and only a 3 minute walk to the beach, there is a nice creek nearby only a 6minute walk, there are plenty of walks around here, a 10 minute walk to the Marina , I prefer contact by email initially please, I have been a homestay Mum for many years in Sydney before I came toCoffs Harbour, it’s a lovely place to live 😀.
