Bed linen, pillows, doona and towels supplied. Weekly professional cleaning is included. Shared bathroom and laundry. Tenant has full access to lounge and dining rooms, sunroom, deck, boat ramp and gardens. Approx 2 kms from SCU Gold Coast campus and airport, Coolangatta/Kirra shops, cafes, beaches. Bus stop to uni is 1 minute walk from the house or easy bicycle riding or driving distance to campus. Local shopping centre is 2 minutes from the house and includes a supermarket, bakery, take-away pizza and Indian food, chemist, hairdresser, doctor and dentist. Existing residents include a female retiree and 2 female SCU students. Breakfast is included. Evening meals can be negotiated for an additional small fee.
