Last tenant stayed 10 months. Friendly house with the occasional couch surfer ( Foreign Travelers ) come and stay on couch a few days. My daughter stays 3 days a week and uses the 2nd room, so prefer females.
Just a small house , nothing fancy. No Bond but expect 2 weeks rent in advance. And rent paid weekly.
Its nice to cook together and share meals sometimes.
