I have a young woman stay for 6 months. Friendly house with the occasional couch surfer (Foreign Travelers) come and stay on couch a few days now and then. I prefer a foreign student. I have lived and worked in England, Cyprus, Indonesia, China, Vietnam, and traveled to 33 countries.
Just a small house , nothing fancy. No Bond but expect 1 weeks rent in advance and on time.
Its nice to cook together and share meals sometimes, and learn different styles cooking. Happy to show you around the area.
