I am a Master of Nursing student at Southern Cross University, looking for a long-term stay (1 year or more). I am quiet, clean, and respectful of shared spaces. I don’t smoke, don’t have pets, and usually keep a regular routine focused on study. I value a calm, tidy, and friendly living environment and am easy to communicate with. I am reliable with rent and happy to follow house rules.
