It is only a 10 minute walk through the riverside park to Lismore Transit Centre and the centre of town.
There are 3 bedrooms, all quite large in size. They each have a solid wood furniture that includes wardrobe, bed, lamp, desk and chair. There is a studio space downstairs where I live with my puppy. There is a shared laundry and large backyard.
Only the room to the balcony is now available - this has the corner desk and corner wardrobe. The two other rooms have two ladies who study filling the them.
All bills - including unlimited internet and smart TV - are included.
