4-bedroom shared house, Queens Park Court

This house is in a quiet residential area backing onto rainforest, a pool area and a creek. It is a beautiful designer home and not a party house. Great for students who need a quiet focused area for their studies.

You will be living with myself. I work FT for NSW Environment & Heritage from home and, when not working, is often out, at the beach, training or surfing. I have an 11yo son who is with me every other week as well. You will also be living with one grey long-haired cat, Theo, and a very friendly medium-sized dog, Winnie (Frenchie/KelpieX).

There is a pool, an open-planned kitchen, and dining area. It is a very safe, quiet neighborhood. Most likely you will have your own transport but buses do run from close to the house to and from Lismore.

The cost is $275 furnished (plus bills). If you want it unfurnished, $250 (plus bills) and 3wks bond. Minimum stay 1 month.
