Our house is located in a very quiet and safe street in Goonellabah, only 5 km from Lismore Southern Cross University.
We live upstairs and are willing to rent our downstairs granny flat to a full-time student or SCU staff member. The ideal tenant will be a clean, quiet and responsible person who has an appreciation for living in a natural environment. You will have your own private entry and your own veranda with beautiful rural views.
Please note that the entire property is a non-smoking area.

The granny flat has:
• A separate entrance.
• A bedroom with a queen bed, ample built in wardrobes and a desk with a monitor for your laptop and a small printer.
• Spacious area with Living/dining/kitchenette. (Kitchenette has hotplates and a convection microwave but no stove). Flat screen TV with Netflix. Air-conditioning.
• Bathroom with toilet and shower.
• Laundry with washing machine.
• Covered veranda and direct access to the garden
• Ample safe street parking in front of the house.

The rent includes all of the following:
• Fully furnished (see photos). Includes all cutlery, crockery, pots, and bedding. You just need to bring your own towels.
• Electricity included
• Water included
• Unlimited Wifi included
• Mowed grass included
• Weekly cleaning included (vacuuming only)

Lease : 3 months with possible extension.
Rent: Normal price 480$/week, but for student 360$/week. (max occupancy: 1 person)
