The room is big, and fully furnished, and has lots of big windows, so lots of natural light, it has a queen size bed, and a lounge suite, and a kitchen, and a bathroom, and a bathtub. Its four rooms, in a square. Good for a person who needs lots of privacy. This room has a good very big dog yard, I know its sometimes difficult for people to get a rental which is dog friendly, the yard is 40 by 70 metres, 2. 4m rio fencing with mesh fencing inside, might suit a person with a lion.

The room is $150 per week for utilities, and food, if you want, ... This includes free unlimited wireless adsl2 internet, with a big wi fi booster, free Netflix, and Disney, as well as your own new fridge, and your own food pantry, rent also covers electricity, and water, not cooking gas. I also cook big healthy meals, five or six nights a week, upstairs, you can join us for food if you want. Im a good cook, so its a good house for someone who is too busy to cook, doesnt know how to, or just doesnt want to cook their own dinners. Im usually happy to cook big healthy dinner four or five nights a week. WE sit down upstairs, together and share food at the end of each day at about 7. 30 pm. We have just installed a big HD projector which means we watch tv ( internet tv ), on the big HD screen, five metres by three metres, with dinner usually, we love Rick and Morty, Family Guy, Archer, American Dad, Ruby, Xena, Star Wars, even Merlin, we are currently watching One Piece, most nights we watch a few episodes of a random series together, and we have a nice big new fireplace, a big claw foot bathtub, ( shower downstairs ), and a big kitchen upstairs, which is open to the lounge room, its a nice house, nice people, on two acres at the end of the road, so no traffic noise, its very quiet and private.

We are looking for someone who is male, a student, or a worker, or an international student, and who is a non cigarette smoker, we are all pretty healthy, we are not a party house, we are a very very low visitors house, being a very quiet and private share house, We are looking for someone long term, who is quiet, and clean and responsible, and someone who can wash their own dishes and keep a clean room and help keep a clean house.

We have one young man living here 22yo, tafe student, gamer, ( working ), and one student ( 25yo ) downstairs, and me, 50s, law student, at SCU, and artist sculptor. We live upstairs, the room is downstairs, so we have two dudes living here, who are on the autism spectrum, so you would need to be cool with that. People on the autism spectrum are especially encouraged to apply. I am happy to consider helping people with special needs for no extra cost. I am also a qualified lawyer, psychotherapist, ex- youth worker, and counselor. We are a healthy happy stress free community of friends, who support and respect each other, to live enjoyable functional, happy, healthy, and stress free lives.

We generally have a BBQ downstairs on the weekend, to share food and connect with the downstairs tenants, and on weekends we sometimes go to the beach for a swim, or take the boat out fishing, or we go to waterfalls for a swim, or generally do something social together about once a week. It is really important to us as a little family, that, we genuinely take good care of and respect each other, so that we can have good healthy friendships, and can feel happy and respected and safe.

We have a big koi fish pond, and lots of chooks, so lots of fresh eggs, and a giant organic vegetable garden, so loads of fresh garden vegetables and greens to share, we are on two acres, so lots of fruit trees and organic veges. We will also have a pool this summer to swim in when it is hot. We are not a backpackers, and we are definitely not a party house, we are looking for stable reliable, long term tenants, preferably male, preferably students, international students, or a working person, who will eventually become a long term part of our family, and community, if this sounds like you please contact me.
