The environment would best suit a self sufficient, single mature student.
The home consists of two fully furnished containers connected by a covered deck, is self-sufficient with solar power (mains back up), gas stove and hot water, its own water supply, internet and composting toilet. Tennant is responsible for gas cylinder refills.
