Fully furnished with brand new bed and mattress. All linen is supplied. Upstairs has fan and air-conditioning. Bathroom upstairs and toilet /shower downstairs. Parking is on-street. Buses available on main road to Tweed shops and uni is a bike ride away. I would consider a small (non-shedding) pet if it is house trained. Vegetarian wanted as I've never eaten meat. Thanks.
