Must be employed or UNI student, this is not a party house, must be clean tidy and respectful of others ... Rent includes, electricity, gas, water bill must contribute to, I have also have filtered shower water and filtered kitchen water ... And unlimited wifi internet. I also have a cleaner in once a week to vac, mop and clean bathroom and toilet, so only keep your bedroom tidy and everyone can get on with life, I am an artisan I make jewellery and photography, the other person is a full time worker, House is in Lismore Heights ... Up behind the S. C. University... Up on higher ground away from flood zone, beautiful mountain views and landscapes and stunning sunsets, house has papaya trees, bananas and orange trees, in quiet, safe area. If you are a smoker that OK I have a great space outside for all that. Also I can not take any more animals. Thankyou.
