3-bedroom shared house, Borton Street

Hi there I am Diane Trainor a single female, working from home having moved permanently from Sydney. My home is only 4 years old and it is in Ballina (20 mins south of Byron) and less than 30 mins from Lismore or 55 mins from Gold Coast. It is 3 bedrooms with plenty of open living space. You would use the main bathroom and would only need to share it with any people who visit the house as I have an ensuite. I have a 2 yr old cat called "Reggie" who is a lot of fun and house trained. He has never been in the room that is available. I value education and have worked in higher education myself for more than 20 years. I am also a landlord so I know how tough it is out there to find somewhere to live. I am happy to share my space. I ride my bike everywhere in town and to the beach as Ballina is located on a flat island. The house is 3 blocks from the main street with everything closeby. Ballina TAFE and Ballina Hospital would be a walk or an easy bike ride.
