Welcome to the Gold Coast. Short term 4-8 weeks internship placement accommodation preferred, but I am negotiable. Ideally seeking someone quiet and tidy who needs to be here for an internship, placement or campus short course. There are potentially two rooms - so it might be possible to rent to two friends.

We are walking distance to Tweed Hospital and biking distance to many local schools. We are looking for a non-smoking flatmate to respect and share our home. I am a female school teacher and my daughter, a lawyer lives downstairs in the granny flat. We are offering a safe share home situation which includes rent and all utility bills (power, internet, water, Netflix). You buy and cook your own food, although I am open to sharing cooking.

Our home is quiet, clean and has a dishwasher. It also has a huge garden with every cooking herb possible. We have a resident cat, Shadow and a small cavoodle, Stella who is super friendly and clean. Must like animals :-)

Your room has a double bed with bedding, sheets and towels, a desk and chair, chest of drawers, bedside cabinet, smart wall mounted television and built in wardrobe. Potentially, the second smaller room with a single bed could also be rented by negotiation.

This is our home, and I want to share it with someone honest friendly and clean, who is 25+ years of age and here to study. If you think this situation suits you, send me a text or message.
