There are 2 fully furnished medium sized bedrooms available that have double bed, desk, chair, ceiling fan and built in wardrobes in each room. Outdoor area with lounge, table and chairs for extra space. There is a bus stop across the road, it is within walking distance to local shops and 5 minutes drive to Tweed City (large shopping centre). Less than 10 minutes drive to SCU and Gold Coast Airport. There are many beautiful beaches that are less than 10 minutes drive. 1 hour to Brisbane and 35 minutes to Byron Bay. You will need your own linen - pillows, sheets and towels. All kitchen utensils are available. There is off street parking for your vehicle. Rent is all inclusive of electricity, water and internet.
