PLACEMENT ACCOMMODATION
Separate granny flat for short term lease. Suit student on placement.
Large room with bed, lounge and bedroom furniture. Furnished with queen sized bed, chest of drawers and bedsides.
Small kitchenette with sink, fridge, microwave, benchtop oven/hotplate.
Shower/toilet.
Linen and towels included.
Extra separate lounge area with lounge and TV. Desk area for study.
Use of washing machine can be arranged as needed. (Washing machine in main house).
Normal use of wireless internet included (satellite connection can sometimes be a bit sluggish).
Electricity and water included.
Located in a beautiful bush setting, approximately 10mins from CSU campus and Port Macquarie Base Hospital.
Must love animals as we have 4 cats and 2 dogs (will not necessarily be in your area, but they do roam around our property at times).
We both work full time (shift work and 9-5). Kids will be at school most days.
Will likely need own transport, as nearest bus stop is approx. 2km away, and local bus service is sporadic.
$200 per week, rent to be paid 1wk in advance. $500 bond.
