This is a self-contained granny flat with its own bedroom, bathroom, Kitchen and lounge/dining area... Fully furnished include T. V and internet access it's very secure with large courtyard along with its own side entry there a bus stop almost outside the house if required.... We are only 10 minute walk from one of aged care training centre for university in mudgeeraba... If requested some meal can be supplied if required but this would need to be arranged as not included in rent, otherwise, they can prepare there own meals etc, the supermarket is about 10-minute walk ... ... I'm retired and my wife is Filipina and over years have had many foreign students who were high school students. If two female or couple wish to share then that would need to be arranged at a slightly higher weekly rate of $300.....
