Hi everyone! The house is located in Bilinga 4225, 1 Km away from SCU Gold Coast Campus

- Master bedroom with queen size bed, big wardrobe and mini fridge. Second room has double size bed with two comfortable couches
- Fully furnished including bedding stuff
- Desk and chair for your studies included
- Unlimited internet
- Walking distance to SCU, beach is located 100 meters away, bus stop 100 meters away and coffee shop three doors away
- Rent for master bedroom is $200 per week one person and couples is $260/ week. Utilities included. Rent is paid fortnightly (every two weeks).
- You are only responsible for cleaning your room as well as your kitchen dishes and any food or mess that belong to you.
- Please note NO PARTIES AND NO PETS ALLOWED
- Minimum stay is four weeks, two weeks bond required

I would prefer a quiet, clean, down to earth, positive and respectful full time Uni or International Students. (Must have a Job or Study) and/or also people who follows a healthy lifestyle.
