4-bedroom shared house, Conte Street

We have a large bedroom (3. 5 x 3. 6m) available in a brand-new house. You will have your own modern bathroom (including a bath tub! ) and all bills (electricity, water, garden maintenance and unlimited internet) are included in the rent. The bedroom can be furnished if you wish.
All the shared spaces (Kitchen, dining/living room and deck) are very spacious and modern. The house is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with leafy surroundings and a nice view.

We are 2 couples including 2 PhD students. We are all internationals (from Europe) and are looking for someone open-minded, respectful, clean & tidy, with whom we hope to get along well. We do not party often but love to share a meal and some drinks together at the end of the week. One of the couples lives downstairs hence the house doesn't feel crowded. We also have a friendly small cat that we try to keep mostly downstairs.
