3-bedroom shared house, Crown Street

This is a big room, in a big established house, on two acres, at the end of a culdesac, surrounded by big trees, The room is big, and is fully furnished, and has two windows, so lots of natural light, and a big loft, actually it has two lofts, one loft with a double bed in it, and an adjoining storage ⁄ sleeping space, the room also has a smaller room/ study attached to it, which can be accessed by pulling down on a particular book on the bookshelf, which opens like the cover of a giant book.... No seriously.... It really does. .... This little adjoining room, could be used as a study or small studio if needed,.... Actually, it could suit a single dad with weekend kids, cos its got three beds, one in its own room, and it could also suit an artist wanting a little study / studio.

Rent includes free unlimited wireless internet, free Netflix, we have a big big wifi booster, rent also covers use of the home telephone if needed, ( calls within Australia only ), your own fridge, and your own pantry, and it also covers electricity, and water, and gas. We are a full board house, that means I also cook big healthy meals every Monday Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday nights, you would be welcome to sit down and share food with us, or you can cook your own food if you prefer that. We have just installed a HD projector which means we watch tv ( internet tv ), on the big screen, six feet by twelve feet, in brilliant HD color, with surround sound speakers, we have a big warm fireplace, a big claw foot bathtub, two bathrooms, and a big kitchen, which is open to the lounge room, its a nice house, nice people, its a really good deal. So I do ALL of the cooking and ALL of the cleaning, .... Oh... We rotate dishwashing after dinner week to week.

We are looking for someone who is a student, or a worker, or an international student, and who is a non cigarette smoker, we are all pretty healthy and mostly dont drink or smoke cigarettes, we are not a party house, we are a very low visitors house, being a quiet share house, so it is a nice big room in a nice big house, we are looking for someone quiet, and clean and responsible, someone who can wash their own dishes and keep a clean house, preferably male. I prefer to live with people with aspergers, however if you are not an aspie I wont hold that against you, We have had people live here before with special needs, lift to uni, TAFE, woolies, etc, anxiety, agorophobia. Im almost always home and am happy to do a bit extra if someone needs a bit of direct support.

We have one young man living here 22yo, works, rides and fixes motorbikes, is a bit of a gamer, he has lived here for about seven years, and a dude downstairs, he is aspergers and is a film student. And me, Im a mid 40s student⁄artist/sculptor, I live in a separate part of the house. So, we have two rooms to fill, one room at $150, thats the room with the loft, and verandah and another room. Same price bigger room no verandah, but small adjoining separate study, I also have a spare computer and printer if it is needed. I take care of the people I share my home with, if you need a lift to Woolies to get groceries, of to uni or stuff like that I am happy to help.

We also have chooks, so lots of fresh eggs and a white duck, and a giant organic vegetable garden, so loads of fresh garden vegetables and greens to share, we are on two acres, so lots of fruit trees and organic veges. We are not a backpackers, we are looking for stable reliable, long term tenants, preferably male, please no bullshitters ,.. We are decent honest people we want to live with decent honest people, no people who cant pay rent, I take good care of the people who live here, but you have to pay bond and rent on time. We welcome uni students or possibly international students or working person, to share our home with, we look forward to replacing those students who have lived here and completed their studies and have eventually moved on, to be replaced by new people, who will eventually become part of our home, ...
