2 Large 3m by 3m rooms in a shared house. 200 p/wk each includes all utilities. Queen mattress or single bed available for use.
Includes utilities, access to all cookware and utensils, and cleaning products you may need, along with linen, towels, and washing powder.
Will be sharing house with 1 other and 2 dogs. Fully functional kitchen, and a large backyard. 8 min walk to shops and main bus stops, 5 min drive to Uni. Stay from a few weeks to 6 mths.
Couples will be considered, rent will be $225 to cover extra utilities.
We have 2 dogs, so cannot accept another pet on the property.
No smoking and no small children.
