The granny flat is completely self contained, all you need to do is bring a bag of clothes and settle into your new home away from home and explore the properties many hideaways in the expansive beautiful garden including orchard, herbs and laying chooks.

The granny flat is situated under the family home and very safe. You have your own place to park and your own entrance with full use of shared laundry.

Rent is $270 per week for 1 person or $330 for a couple. For 2 friends sharing I can remove queen bed and replace with two king single beds.
