2-bedroom shared unit/townhouse, Miles Street

Cheap rent for a great place and location. 2minutes to beach, 10minutes to airport and university (bicycle or car). I'm a nursing student looking for someone who is active and bubbly(or interesting) hopefully... Someone that might participate, feed the fish and is possibly interested in a bit of fitness training, the beach, riding, swimming, surfing etc.... (I even run complementary turtle tours to the local reef).

This is a great location and the place has constant breezes with balconies front and back, as well as big storage area downstairs. I am a very relaxed character, travelled a lot and have had a few trades. I am hoping to find someone who has had diverse experiences or willing to experience many more and have FUN!!! Such a great part of the world and feel the outdoors should be appreciated. I think it would work well if you were new to the area as I am too... Also I suggest, since I am the one advertising and renting a lovely place with cheap rent and a relaxed atmosphere - that you don't grill me over the phone or via text... Just come by and say hello!! Unless of course you are too far to travel. Thank you :-)

P. S - It's not a big house or plush condominium with million dollar views... It is a humble little block of flats (no body corporate) that has constant breeze due to the front and back balconies and is situated in a prime area and has a gym and ping pong table as well as spare bikes and electric scooters. Altogether I am very happy living here and could not hope for a better place to live in Australia. Close by- (2min) beach/ (8min) swim to reef & turtles, wonderful cheap pub meals, Kirra point, Pizza Hut, two parks either side, esplanade footpath, Surf Life Saving Clubs, 7/11, Bakery, News Agency, Look out & esplanade barbecues - all 2 minutes walk...... And Airport, Southern Cross University Campus, Woolworths/Aldi/Shops & main street of Coolangatta are all about 10 minutes walk.
