3-bedroom shared house, Kinchela Avenue

I have a large bedroom available for 1 or 2 females.
My home is very spacious with family room and large veranda in a nice peaceful area of Boambee. Bedroom has a k/single bed with super comfy mattress, dressing table, desk, built in robe and own bathroom. , I can easily add another single bed if you wish to share your room and the bathroom with a friend, your rent would then be reduced to $120 each.
You would be sharing with a mature lady in a relaxed and friendly home, I have an indoor cat who may like to sit on your lap. I am requesting a female boarder who is clean, quiet, friendly and most of all trustworthy. , International ladies most welcome as I have hosted many Chinese and Japanese students in the past. Hot meals for dinner can be arranged at an extra cost, my specialties are chicken stir fry, combination fried rice, spaghetti bolonaise and roast dinner with vegetables. My home is in walking distance to Medical centre, chemist, post office, shopping centre and bus stop. 5 minute drive to university and 5 minute drive to beach.
